What messengers can I use Voicepop with?
If you are using an iPhone, you can use Voicepop’s extension and app with WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Signal, KakaoTalk, ICQ, and Line. We support converting both voice and video messages to text from these messengers.

Can I convert video messages to text too?
Yes, you can do this with video messages from Line, WhatsApp, Telegram, KakaoTalk, Signal and ICQ.

Do you support iMessage?
We do not support transcribing voice messages from iMessage.

Do you support Android users?
We unfortunately no longer support Voicepop on Android.

Are my messages safe with Voicepop?
In order for Voicepop to work properly, we request for your permission to access your media library and storage. However, Voicepop will never access, download, or use your voice and video messages without your permission and selection. You select which files you want us to convert to text. Those files are then converted to text by using the Siri speech-to-text library on your iPhone. All your transcriptions are stored locally on your iPhone and we do not have any access to them. Does a human at Voicepop listen to my voice and video messages?
Absolutely not. Voicepop uses Siri’s speech recognition technology to convert your voice and video messages to text.

Is Voicepop free?
Voicepop is free to download and use. You can turn voice and video messages up to 15 sec long to text, at no charge. If you want to increase the limit – there is a subscription for you.

How do I set up the Voicepop extension?
The Voicepop extension is the easiest way to use Voicepop without leaving your WhatsApp or Telegram chat.

How do I search my voice messages on Voicepop?
To search, simply navigate to the top of the Voicepop app. Swipe down or pull down your screen to reveal the search bar. Type in your search term, and that’s it!

How do I delete my messages off Voicepop?
You can delete your messages off of Voicepop one by one, or all at once.
To delete all messages at once, launch the Voicepop app, tap the Settings icon at the top right corner of your screen, scroll down, then tap ‘Delete all’.
To delete a single message on Voicepop, launch the Voicepop app, swipe left on the message you’d like to delete, and then tap ‘Delete’.
